Of The Scriptures: We believe in the verbal, plenary inspiration and the infallible, unlimited inerrancy of the Bible.
Of the True God: We believe there is one and only one living and true God, an infinite Spirit. He is the Maker and Supreme Ruler of heaven and earth and inexpressibly glorious in holiness who is worthy of all possible honor, confidence and love. We believe in the unity of the Godhead in three persons; the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit who are equal in every divine perfection, and executing distinct but harmonious offices in the great work of redemption.
Of the Holy Spirit: We believe that the Holy Spirit is a divine person equal with God the Father and God the Son and of the same nature; that He was active in the creation; that in His relation to the unbelieving world, He restrains the evil one until God's purpose is fulfilled; that He convicts of sin, righteousness and judgment; that He bears witness to the truth of the Gospel in preaching and testimony; that He is the Agent in the new birth; that He seals, endues, guides, teaches, sanctifies, and helps the believer.
Of the Devil: We believe Satan is the unholy one of this age and the author of all powers of darkness and is destined to eternal judgment in the lake of fire.
Of Creation: We accept the Genesis account of creation and believe that man and the universe came by direct creation of God.
Of the Fall of Man: We believe that man was created in innocence under the law of his Maker, but by voluntary transgression fell from his sinless happy state in consequence of which all of mankind are now sinners.
Of the Virgin Birth: We believe that Jesus was begotten of the Holy Spirit in a miraculous manner, born of the Virgin Mary and that he is both the Son of God and God the Son.
Of the Atonement for Sin: We believe that the salvation of sinners is wholly by grace through the mediatorial office of the Son of God who, by the appointment of the Father, freely took upon Himself the form of man, yet without sin He honored the divine law by His personal obedience, and by His death made a full and vicarious atonement for our sins. That he was buried and that he rose the third day and is now sitting on His throne at the right hand of the Father.
Of Justification: We believe that the great gospel blessing that Christ offers to those who believe in Him is justification. Justification is the imputation of the righteousness of Jesus Christ at salvation and provides the believer with the proper standing before God.
Of Grace: We believe that in order to be saved, sinners must be born again; that the new birth is a new creation in Christ Jesus; that it is instantaneous and not a process; that in the new birth the one dead in trespasses and sins is made partaker of the divine nature and receives eternal life; the free gift of God.
Of Faith and Salvation: We believe that salvation is God's gift of grace, available to everyone through personal faith in the person and work of Jesus Christ.
Of the Security of the Saints: We believe that all who are truly born again are kept eternally by God the Father of Jesus Christ.
Of the Righteous and the Wicked: We believe that there is an essential difference between the righteous and the wicked; that only those who through faith are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and sanctified by the Spirit of God are truly righteous in His sight. This distinction holds among men in and after death, in the everlasting joy of the saved and the everlasting conscious of the lost.
Of the Resurrection & related events: We believe in the bodily resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ, His ascension into heaven and His present High Priestly ministry. We believe in His coming in glory at the end of the Tribulation Period. We also believe in the pre-tribulation return of Christ and in the resurrection of the dead, the glorification of the Saints, and the establishing of the Millennial Reign of Jesus Christ.
